QUESTION 1: WE HAVE A CONSIDERABLE SPEND ON TECHNICAL WIPING, IS THERE A WAY WE SHOULD CONSIDER TO IMPROVE THE PRODUCTION PROCESS AND LOWER COST?
A simple answer would be to think about the folding of the wipe. An efficient fold will allow the creation of more clean faces on the wipe that can be passed over the surface before the wipe is fully contaminated. Each pass with a different folded side.
Also, consider the sizing of the wipe – this should be optimised to save on any excess material costs and also to enable the most efficient wiping process, creating savings and lowering costs.
QUESTION 2: DURING PRODUCTION, FOLLOWING WIPING, WE OFTEN HAVE ISSUES WITH LINT AND PARTICLE CONTAMINATION – THIS CAN LEAD TO A POOR FINISH AND THE NEED TO REWORK SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS, WHAT IS HAPPENING?

QUESTION 4: THE ADHESION OF PAINTS, PRIMERS, COATINGS AND SEALANT TO MY FINISHED SURFACE IS POOR – WHAT MIGHT BE CAUSING THE ISSUE?
